The Mossadegh Foundation will offer Persian language learning courses starting in the 2025/26 school year for both youth and adults.

Beginner class – Mondays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Intermediate class – Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Advanced class – Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Native Persian language teachers. With extensive experience in teaching the Persian language.

Enrollment is open for the second semester until Friday, January 30, 2026.

Persian Course Schedule 2025/26

Our mission is to instruct the Persian language to anyone, regardless of age or previous knowledge. We believe that learning or perfecting the Persian language reinforces and strenghtens links with the Iranian culture.

Our Mission

– Instruct the persian language to all interested parties.
– Provide support to members of the Iranian diaspora in Geneva, especially the younger generation to reconnect with their mother tongue.

Classes

For the year 2024/25, the Mossadegh Foundation is opening:
3 classes:
Beginner level class – Mondays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Intermediate level class – Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Advanced level class – Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

Levels

– Beginner level
– For complete beginners with no prior knowledge of the language.

– Intermediate
– Destined to students with some proficiency of the Persian language.

– Advanced
– Destined to students with fairly good understanding of the language who are interested in perfectinging their language skills.

Our courses cater to all age groups and have a cadence of two hours per week following Geneva’s academic calendar.

Method – Everyday Persian

– Ensure knowledge of Persian as spoken by native speakers.
– Learn fluent communication and understand the language’s subtleties.
– Introduction to the many expressions used in everyday Persian.

Course Arrangement

– Courses are offered for youth and adults.
– Classes are held twice a week for 2 hours total (2x 45 minutes), divided into 2 periods (2 semesters) per year.
– The Persian course calendar follows the Geneva school calendar (September to June).
– Classes are held in the evening from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
– Classes take place at the Foundation’s headquarters.
– Minimum of 4 students and maximum of 8 per class.

Periods

First semester: from September 2025 to January 2026.
Second semester: from February to June 2026.

Registration Fee

Youth and adults – beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels: 470.00 CHF per semester per person.

Registration for the first semester is open until Friday, January 30, 2026.

Registrations can be done on-site at the Mossadegh Foundation or by filling out the registration form and sending it to us via email.

– Registrations for new students during the year are possible and will be accepted under certain conditions. Please contact us for more information.
